Tammy Fenton, LPC

LPC - Director

Tawana Fenton is the driving force behind Hyacinth Wellness. With over ten years of experience in mental health and more than a decade as an administrator, she excels in school-based mental health management and program development. Her expertise includes alternative education programs, youth development, juvenile justice, and restorative justice. Tawana’s comprehensive approach and dedication to training and strategy development make her an invaluable asset in addressing the complex needs of youth and families.

Tara Davis-Rama, MHS, ADT

Program Manager

T. Kumara Davis-Rama brings over two decades of expertise in Adult Education, Workforce Development, Youth Development, Family Services, Community Development, and Homeless Services. Her skills include clinical practice, effective engagement, leadership, assessment, and training. Kumara excels in policy guidance, strategic planning, and performance monitoring, using evidence-based approaches and data-driven results. Her certification as an alcohol and drug trainee (ADT) and foundational healthcare knowledge align with our organizational goals, showcasing her dedication to personal and community development.

Jessica Kebreau-Pierre, MPA

Program Specialist at High Point High School

With over 20 years of experience in the human services industry, Jessica Kebreau-Pierre has worked with diverse populations and developed extensive expertise in therapeutic and care management roles. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Human Development, Jessica began her career working with school-age children with serious emotional disturbances providing short-term crisis intervention to help prevent psychiatric hospitalization for youth diagnosed with conditions such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

Jessica later expanded her focus to youth involved in the court system, leading solution-oriented groups and facilitating family sessions to support rehabilitation efforts. Her ability to connect with individuals and families and guide them toward positive outcomes became a hallmark of her approach.

In her most medically involved role, Jessica served as an Interdisciplinary Care Manager for adults with physical disabilities. She provided comprehensive support services while collaborating with medical professionals to address complex care needs. This experience significantly enhanced her skills in case management and patient-centered care.

In 2008, Jessica earned a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA), strengthening her ability to navigate organizational systems and influence policy development within the human services field. Currently, she is expanding her expertise in the substance use field, applying her vast experience to support individuals and communities in need.

Antonia Altman, Jr., MAC

Program Specialist at High Point High School

Antonia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling. Currently, they are pursuing a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Diversity and Social Justice on a Global Context. With extensive experience in the social services field, Antonia has worked in substance use counseling, family shelters and homelessness services, group facilitation, detox centers, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) facilities.

Antonia also has significant experience collaborating with emergency personnel as part of the Crisis Intervention Team and the R.I.G.H.T Care team, specializing in emergency psychiatric services. Their work in these roles underscores a strong commitment to crisis intervention and supporting individuals during critical moments of need. A skilled group facilitator, Antonia creates transformative sessions that promote resilience and growth while addressing the unique challenges faced by diverse populations. Their academic and professional journey reflects a dedication to equity, holistic care, and sustainable change.

Tyree Phillips is passionate about bringing hope into the lives of the youth that he works with. He empowers young students to change the content of their mind and words, so that a transformation can happen in their external reality.
